First and foremost, we hope you and your families are continuing to stay healthy and safe during this
time! The health and safety of our community from our student-athletes to our coaches, fans and
volunteers has been our top priority from the start and will continue to be our top priority as we make
decisions about returning to practice and play.
Like everyone from the NFL to the NCAA, Pop Warner has been working under the guidance from
experts to put together a plan planning our approach and taking. That has meant listening to the
direction of the CDC, public health officials, our Pop Warner Medical Advisory Committee and
government officials. The guidelines we have will closely follow local/state guidelines and we expect
to be in Phase 3 by end of June/Early July that will allow for outdoor group practices with appropriate
precautions.
With that said, we are officially announcing that registration for Pop Warner Football and Cheer Fall
season!!
Participant Fee:
ï‚· ONLY $175 & $130 each additional sibling athlete.
ï‚· If you register before July 1st we will take off $25 per athlete
ï‚· Must register online (Click HERE) and make a deposit of $25 deposit per athlete
ï‚· Remaining balance due by August 1st .

ï‚· Register with the age appropriate team. We will assign you to the correct team on the back end (if
needed)
We are excited to start the season and getting all of our athletes active in a safe and a social team
activities. Please forward this email to anyone that did not play last year that might be interested in.
Because of you, our community is stronger!
 
Our season officially kicks off this Monday August 3 rd .  On Monday, our staff will be at the JFK Field
located at 20 Hurley Dr. Randolph from 6:00 to 7:30 pm where we will be focused on registration,
paperwork completion and volunteer sign ups. So, if you haven’t registered yet, have registered but
still need to turn in paperwork or have what it takes to be a role model for the kids in our community,
come see us.

All paperwork is required to participate.  Paperwork includes:
ï‚· An ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
ï‚· A Photocopy of that birth certificate.
ï‚· Final 2020 Report card
ï‚· Insurance card
ï‚· A doctor’s note or permission slip dated during 2020 stating child is healthy and able to
participate in RHPW this season.

 
Our first “official” practice will be Monday August 5th.  For the month of August, practices will be
Monday through Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00pm and coaches’ discretion for Saturday practice. 
Football players must have:
ï‚· Cleats
ï‚· Athletic shorts
ï‚· Athletic shirt
ï‚· Mouth piece
ï‚· Water
ï‚· Bug spray
 
Cheerleaders must have:
ï‚· Athletic shorts
ï‚· Athletic sneakers with good ankle support
ï‚· All hair must be up in a pony tail off the face
ï‚· No make-up
ï‚· No Jewelry
ï‚· No nail polish/fake nails or hair beads of any type are allowed
ï‚· Beach towel or yoga mat
ï‚· Water
ï‚· Bug spray
 
The first day can be a bit hectic so we ask you to bear with the volunteers and please use caution
when dropping the kids off in the parking lot as there is a lot of traffic.  Be sure to introduce yourself
to the coaching staff when picking up your athlete after practice. 
Upcoming dates to be aware of:
ï‚· 8/3 - 1st day of practice/registration paperwork
ï‚· 8/10 – Football parent meeting (Cheer will coordinate separate meeting)
ï‚· 8/13 (tentative) – Athlete and volunteer head shots
