Attendance Policy:

Practice is MANDATORY! Unexcused absences will result in game suspensions. Practices are necessary to give each child knowledge and physical conditioning necessary to keep them safe.  An excused absence is sickness, injury, and death in the family, religious commitment and homework.

Parents are asked to inform the head coach (or team parent) to let them know so the coach can plan accordingly. For safety reasons missing more than one practice during a week means the player may have to sit out the next game. Missing 4 or more unexcused practices or games during the season is grounds for removal from the team.

For an absence to be excused, the player must provide a note, or the parent must speak to a head coach or team parent. Since the players and cheerleaders are always working on physical conditioning, improving techniques, and learning new plays, excessive absenteeism jeopardizes this safety for the entire team. Exceptions may be made for vacations, extended illnesses, and academics and the parent must see or speak with the Head Coach to work out these exceptions.

Pick-up/ Drop-off Policy:

Players should not be dropped off at practices or games 15 minutes prior to teams established meeting time unless a member of their coaching staff is present and they should be picked up promptly after each practice and game. It is strongly recommended that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the end of practice to pick up your child. This is to ensure you receive any information pertaining to your child and their team. Any child left after practice will be taken to the Randolph Police Station for pickup. Our coaches put in a tremendous amount of time on a volunteer basis and need to get home to their families after practice.

  • Perspiration fading will occur if uniforms are left “wet” in a pile or in a travel/laundry bag.

WASHING

  • All garments should be washed in “cold water”. Rinse-water temperature should not vary more than a few degrees from wash-water temperature.

  • Wash with a “mild” detergent for washing all uniforms. (Ex., Ivory, Biz, etc.)

  • Do NOT use fabric softeners or laundry boosters.
